I will set up the classroom on the afternoon/evening of November 18. Here are the jobs that need doing during the class day:
8:45 Arrive early, turn on lights, open doors, mix up bleach solution, put wash water in art room, move stereo, turn on phone. Dulce
9:00 Greet children & put on name tags (or you can all decide to do this for yourselves).
10:15 Give 5 minute warning to each child and then sing clean up song in each room afterwards.
10:25 Bleach tables during cleanup (Connie usually does this--if we have two volunteers, one can do the music room and one the art room). Kate
10:40 Music time--your choice of songs. Misha and Laurel
10:55 Give hand stamps. Misha

Not bad considering the list hasn't been available for that long.
I'll get there early and do all the 8:45 stuff.
